Privacy
This is a static website. Conversion of HEIC and HEIF photos happens in your browser with WebAssembly. The photo files you drop into the tool are not uploaded to a server by this application, and they are not stored by us.
What we do not collect
- No accounts, names, or email addresses.
- No photo contents, filenames, or EXIF from your drops.
- No analytics pixels or “phone home” scripts in this source code.
What any web host may still see
When you load the pages, your browser requests HTML, CSS, JavaScript and the decoder bundle. The organisation that hosts those files can keep ordinary access logs: IP address, time, URL, user agent. That is true of almost every website. Those logs are not the same as receiving a copy of your photos.
If you open this site over the internet, the decoder library is downloaded from the same host as the page. That is a program file, not your pictures.
Cookies and advertisements
This version does not set cookies. The advertisement units on the converter page are empty placeholders. They do not load Google AdSense, Google Publisher Tag, or any other ad network. If live ads are added later, those vendors would have their own privacy policies and may use cookies or identifiers. That is not happening in this build.

Who operates this
The product is operated from the United Kingdom. This page describes the behaviour of the published static files. If the hosting arrangement changes, the access-log part above still applies to whoever serves the files.
